On the weekend I was lucky enough to attend an intensive floral workshop run by two of the industry’s finest ladies, Sarah of Saipua and Nicolette of Nicolette Camille. Both are based in Brooklyn, NY, so you can imagine the excitement when not only an Australian, but a Sydney-centred course was announced. It would be an understatement to say that I was practically doing a jig of glee when I successfully signed up.

Anyhow, I am still in a cloud about the whole experience. Such lovely women and fellow classmates, and I learned so many invaluable things about arranging flowers in the style I love most. And oh my gosh, the flowers. I’ll stop talking now and show you some pictures of day 1: centrepieces and gorgeousness.
